Blackwood Restocking and Research Workshop

The WA Fish Foundation is putting on a workshop down at the Augusta Hotel which is designed to inform the community about all of the current black bream research being carried out in the Blackwood, which will likely have implications for other estuary systems in the south-west.

The main context I am sure will be looking at the restocking they did some time ago. Which is actually all of those nice fish we are catching now, as well as the offspring.

If you live close by or are looking for an excuse to get a day or two out on the Blackwood river, consider coming down and having a look. It will certainly be an interesting night.
