Using Crankbaits under Bridges ??? Water currents/tow affect lure action ?
Using Crankbaits under some bridges today. Weather pretty good however, had some trouble with crankbaits, with swirls, undertows, currents etc all effecting my lures action. Is it best to stick to plastics and vibes/blades in these conditions ?

The eddys and undercurrents just make your lure act more natural in the environment it's in, an injured fish isn't going to be able to swim through and therefor get swept around with the turbulence, this is just my take on it, others may think different.

I find if there is a decent current running I can crank lures down and let them work on their own if I'm retrieving against the flow; they will sit on the spot and still "wiggle"
