Repaint
G'day all. I've had a bit of a trawl around and found a few threads on painting and blinging reels. This one was close to the mark, as its an emma I want to touch up.
http://www.breammaster.com/forum/sho...threadid=53962 Problem is the op hasnt been on here for 6 months, so I can't ask him how things went. Now I'm wondering who has done their own work. It's only the line roller arm and maybe the rotor I want to paint, the body is still mint. Should I tackle it myself or just send the offending parts to Geneo. I would like to keep it the original emeraldas black. Cheers |

Despite being looked after by GK I was always a bit skeptical on painting reels. Whoever, i got a banged up liberto pixy done in a candy red and it's came up a treat. Couldn't be happier with it. Ce back significantly smother too as gene gives them a service while his there.

Cheers guys. Looks like it's an unanimous decision!
I'm guessing Zion isn't the easiest material to paint, it would need a plastic primer of some sort. Then there would be the freak out of using the wrong stuff and melting it. Makes it an easy decision to contact Geneo. Thanks |

Thanks again for making me decide to go with Geneo. Have sent a few messages back and forth, and already think the bloke is an absolute legend. Cheers

Just stipulate what brand grease and oil you want in your reels when they are rebuilt...
