Shimano Fireblood 4000fa handle knob

Hi all, just went through my gear and need to upgrade the Shimano Fireblood 4000FA with a larger knob, if possible a longer handle too. The current handle felt small with the same size knob of the 2500. Can anyone direct me where to get a larger Eva knob. I wish Shimano have option part like Daiwa RCS. Appreciate any suggestion.

If your looking to replace your handle and you find one, ill take your old handle. Ive been looking at getting a eva handle for my biomaster 1000FB but cant find one to fit, so maybe if you don't need yours later on I can try it on my reel or try to modd it to fit. So hard trying to upgrade a handle to something that fits your style and taste.

Cheers mate, yeah ive seen that handle but not sure it will fit mine. Looking at the schematics I don't think its compatiable

You havent tried the rarenium knobs have you??

If they fit, Im pretty sure you can order them into your local direct from Shimano.

Might be worth a shot.

Thanks I might have a look into them...for a 4000 reel, the Fireblood have very little handle knob.

I got a knob off a sustain from shimano to go on my 2500 stella.
I had to buy the whole handle assembly but still worked out roughly the same as a Daiwa RCS knob though.

There are quite a few custom knobs available for shimano, just search for shimano yumeya knobs.

I dont know what sort of knob the fireblood uses, but im sure you'll be able to find one that fits.

That one fits sephia so i think it may fit the fireblood?

that the thing I dont quite understand. The Stella 4000 have the paddle handle (suppose to have more turning power)...what happen to the fireblood? while the fireblood pricing is high...cant they give us a proper handle? Been catching things like large 70+ flathead, tailor, salmon on the Fireblood 4000, the handle always the issue when fighting a fish.
