Megabass or daiwa rod

I recently just bought a new Luvias 2004H and I need some help deciding what rod to match it with I have a $350 limit I will mainly be fishing for bream on plastics, vibes and hard body's current rod in mind is a Daiwa Black Label not sure which model or a Megabass Orochi X4 F1-70X4S but if you know of any other rods please help and if you have used the orochi tell me how it goes much appreciated.

cheers kennedy

both are great rods in that price range the b labels are great value and the orochis are nice, another rod to consider would be a tournament bream specialist they are $300-320 SVF blanks, steez grips. But I reckon you'd be happy with either. the Orochi would be stretching the budget possibly factor in about $50 for freight.

good choices though

In that price range I'd say get a Daiwa. If you have $450 get a Deep Throat or a Phase 3 Lycaon.

I bought a lot of stuff from them, just got my new deep throat, i totally agreed with Chief, very good rod. Sorry i am megabass bias, you will not even consider Daiwa if your try out the deep throat.

I haven't actually bought from them yet. Bought a few for JPF and Shimm reels in the past. I've been a good boy and haven't bought a new rod for a while....

The cheaper (sub $350) Daiwa rods are very good. If you want to spend $450-$550. Buy a Megabass IMO.
