I know absolutely nothing about megabass rods so any help would be great.. Are they underated, overrate, what would they compare to interms of taper to over here?? Really don't want a noodle

For around the same money, I'd just buy a saltiga s extreme 70S or a steez hot dog. The MB saltwater rods tend to be fairly noodley.

Yeah I actually have the s extreme game... Absolutely love that rod.. Have considered the steez but no local shop has them only online and was wondering if it was to light at 12-20lb rating was looking at something in the 15-25lb even 20-30lb rating

I have the 7'2'' ML. Would be way to light for want you want. Not 100% on the 7'4''M but I'm guessing it may be to light as well.
