Shimano Twin Power 5000SW-A

Hey all,
Bought myself a twin power 5000sw-a, just testing it out and the reel has a lot of wobble in it! When I take the spool off Incan see the shaft wobbling! Is this normal for the reel to do this? Anyone own a twin powering help me out. Thanks.

+1. If you bought it locally I'd be taking it back to show them.
If you bought it through mail order give them a call.

The problem is I sent it off to Shimano and they said this is a normal thing in these reels which I reckon is a lie, its wobbles to the extent the whole rod wobbles with it.

Perhaps you can go to a store and check out another one to compare them.
