Fantatic lure if you know how to use them. They are made to imitate a fleeing prawn so think about how a prawn moves as your working the lure. Plenty of pauses & short rips/twitches are the go here. A sharp 10-15cm jerk will see the lure dart off in one direction, then pause, jerk again & the lure will dart off again. Mix in some short little twitches & your close to bringing these little lures to life. Keep that up varying the speed/length of the twitch & the pauses. The fish will come once you get the hang of it. Practice working the lure where you can see it until you get the hang of it. I used to hate these things because of what I percieved as a lousy action but I persisted & now that I know the right way to use them they are one of my favourites & I've landed some great fish on them. That horrible blue & yellow joint with the pimply faced kids is usually a good place to get Strikepro lures.

I used mine in my local creek with some success. I have since retiered it due to catching a 2kg estuary cod whilst bass fishing right up in the fresh, fish wasnt even suposed to be there so I reported it to fisheries. It bent the rear treble bad. It is now on the wall with a photo of the cod.
