Heirisson Island and surrounding areas.

Hiya...

I was thinking about having a shore bash around Heirission Island and up towards Burswood on the weekend. This will be new territory for me so was looking for a little advice, mainly the lay of the land. Does it go very deep fast? Should I just flick SP's parallel to the bank a couple meters out?

Anything that may put me onto some fish, after cracking the SP voodoo last weekend keen to head out and refine the technique some more

I have only ever fished it with hardbodies. casting out from the rocks and just having a slow retrieve back to the shore. Attacks in silver tiger and european carp are awesome there. Also use Rmg Scorpion 52's to get deep down along the bottom with a stop start retrieve.
