having trouble with sizes
wat is a dawia 3500 reel eqivalent to a shimano reel?

Which daiwa reel? The certate 3500 hd is a 4000 body with a 3000 spool and rotor.
I'd say they are equivalent to a 4000 shimano

shimanos are smaller than daiwas...a 2500 certate is closer to a 2000 size stella, a 3500 certate would be closer to a 3000 size shimano. Theres not a HUGE difference, but there is definitely a difference.

I think you got it the wrong way round a 2500 shimano is like a 2000 daiwa and a 4000 shimano is like a 3000 daiwa! You had me confused there...
