Finding rod blanks.

Ahoy all, I am looking into getting my own rod built up. I want to be able to get my hands on the blanks and see how they feel, but dont know anywhere that really has a range of quality blanks, can anyone suggest where I can find some good blanks in S.E Qld? And if not suggest where I can get St Croix/samurai/loomis blanks on the net?
Cheers Joe.

G.Loomis are no longer releasing blanks to rod builders.Mudhole (US)have a couple left and delivery cost to Australia is around US $40.Other than that Anglers Warehouse at Tweed Heads have all the others that you have on your list.

Cheers for the reply lads,
Boris have had a good look at MO, they have the samurai blank I'm interested in, but no higher end St. Croix blanks eg SC4 or SC5.
Diawafreak checked out the site, has alot of good info, but again no higher end St. Croix blanks.
Thanks John, may have to get down there and have a feel of the blanks.
Seeing's how I cant find any high end St. Croix blanks can anyone point me in the right direction of some good St. Croix blanks?
Cheers Joe.

TheRodWorks have got the SCV NSI blanks, doesn't get much higher than that. From what I hear, they are on par with the G.Loomis NRX's.

Thanks mate, didn't find that page when I was on there earlier, just some page stating they would have to order the blanks in. Thats pretty much what I am after, decent price too, thanks mate
