Stradic Ci4 4000 Opinions?

Just after some opinions of people who have / or have used, the new Stradic Ci4 4000 model and curious as to what rod you have it matched to?

Im putting together a bit of an 'all rounder' boat combo to fish 30lb braid through for some medium offshore action, small kings, nannies, snapper etc etc here in SA. Given the light weight (260g) of the 4000 im wondering if it would balance well on a 30lb stick or be too light.

I have the 2500 version and love it, but just curious as to how tough the 4000's are.

Any opinions would be great.

Cheers.

Saros.

Go the Shimano Ci4 Rarenium, only 80 odd dollars extra but it feels great.

ALOT smoother then the Stradic, same body material and better internals.

Check them out.

I think a Stradic CI4 would handle some heavy usage without any problems, but if you're concerned why not consider a Sustain in the same size. You get an extra couple of ball bearings over the Stradic CI4 and a solid (yet heavier) aluminium frame and they're only a few bucks more.
