yeah mate. it is my prefered leader. i've landed a 40cm GT on it and a couple of barra as well. it holds up really well but you just gotta make sure you retie your lure/hook on after a good fish as it does chafe up lik most lines

u will still catch bream on 6lb and i it a bit more versatile but if u go down to 4lb or 3lb u will end up catching loads more fish. but better of going sunline fc u get 100m for only around $20.

Hi mate,

Are you set on using Rovex leader? If your starting out and trying to find what works and doesnt, perhaps use the big W/Kmart spools of mono line, cheap as chips and basically does the same job....

Don't waste your money (unless you want to experiment) and buy a good quality stuff.

Sunline, Yamatoyo and Famell are all good quality leader manufacturers.

Cheers,

Cheers,
Not sure if your suggesting the mono is crap or not, but I've found no problems with it, granted I havent used it for rack fishing, but for surface and flats fishing, its been fine.

I generally use the varying Sunline brands mainly though..
