Gary Howard Rods

Hi all,

Just wondering if anyone can advise me on the cost and quality of a Gary Howard custom rod.

I am looking at somthin designed for flicking small jigs round mangroves, pontoons and bridges.

I was thinking about a samaurai 002 blank with single foot fuji alconites.

So i am hoping someone knows a bit about his rods and how much it might add up to.

I don't know where you are from, Cheyne. I bought a Gary Howard Samarai rod last week. It's the 2-4kg 6' rod. Very nice....light but can really flick the lures out. It cost me about 150 with discount at Captain Bligh's in Brisbane.

Hope that helps,
Regards
Kevin
