Red Trebles

Whats everyones thoughts on VMC red trebles on bream lures? I couldn't get any #12s the other day in black and just bought the red...

I used to use them they are ok there are better trebles imo.
They are very sharp and i found they would get plenty of hookups but i found they would only be good for 1 or 2 fish then they would bend or break.
They break easy on big fish.
