Had the supreme. Wasn't happy with it. Was a bit stiff in the winding of the reel. The other reel looks nice though. Will be keen to see how it feels

But will it corrode like the cheaper pflueger reels? I am very cautious with their reels after my Trion reel turned into white crunchy stuff.

Love my patriarch baitcaster, hate my supreme(s) spinning reels. I guess I'll consider giving it a shot, but I do feel a little burned by pfluegers 'high end' spinning reel offerings... My favourite pflueger reels are the 60** series medalists, you just cannot kill them.

well i have never used my supreme in the salt, i have used the medalist, and had no problems with either. the medalists are tough, but i can see how the supremes could be a problem if they get chipped because of being magnesium in a salt water environment.
patriarch is awesome, cant wait to get up to QLD to give it a run for jacks, barra ect. and i have a summit for yellas down here, havent broken her in yet but from fooling around with it in the dam i am very impressed.

Available from reelfishingdeals for $180USD shipped to your door.. has anyone tried one?

I'd love to give one a go, but I still feel burned after my Supreme MG and Supreme XT.

Before any pflueger bashers come in, I still HIGHLY rate my patriarch baitcast reel, my Torsion and my two medalists
