Reel to balance a Nitro Ultralight

I have an Ultralight on its way and i'm wandering what i'll marry it with. I'm thinking i'll go a Shimano but really I just want a reel that is light, moderately priced and reliable. Price range is around $150 to about $250.
Thinking of a saros, stradic, stradic CI4 or possibly a second hand luvias.

Anyone have the same rod and a reel that balances really well with it?

Cheers.

i know you said shimano but a second hand luvi would be ideal imo

cheers nick, very much appreciated. If I can get a cheap luvias I think i'll go that otherwise I'm liking the sound of the CI4.

The CI4's are going cheap at the moment at some stores, $221 for either the 1000 or 2500. Awsome price considering most places want $299 for them.

Hey mate,

My Nitro powerbream finesse has just arrived (not sure if it has the same weight and features etc. as the Ultralight) and will be getting a luvias to go with it. Will see how it feels and get back to you.
btw, I'm loving the stiffness of the powerbream. Cant wait to give it ago.

the luvias is light. i have one myself and it adds a nice balance. its almost suitable for most bream rods.
