Blade tow points
Hi,
Been noticing that on most of the metal blade style lures there is 3 different tow points. Which would you use for just all general areas of fishing say if you didnt want to change it all the time? not really sure ![]() ![]() daniel

BF, It all depends on the blades your using as they're all different weights, shapes and actions.
Even though some look the same, they'll have tighter wobbles, wider wobbles! Just have a play and see what they do, all i can suggest. Generally the middle tow point is the lures balancing point, and the best too start with. Chop

In genereal, the furthest back tow point is best for fishing flats, and will give you a nice action on a slow rolliong retrieve.
The middle tow point, is a good one for action when fishing with wide casts and a lift and wind retrieve... And the furthest forward tow point will give you maximum action when jigging the lure. Hope that helps ![]() Cheers |
