Rod for Daiwa Kix 3000 SP PPB Snapper?

Hi all, I am looking for a snapper sp rod for ppb snapper with my daiwa kix 3000 size reel. Here are the criteria. (The rod will be ONLY for sp fishing)
1. The rod has to be 2 pc.
2. Over 7" rod length (prefer shorter butt).
3. Rod tip action not too stiff.
4. Budget around 200-300.

Any suggestions
