BD CC, Ultra-short or 4 inch handle

Was looking at getting a ClearCut 6'6 1-3kg (2 pc) and was wondering what your opinions on the ultra-short handle are since i am not very familiar with them or would it be better going for a 4 inch handle. also what reel would u match with it as i am looking at a daiwa caldia kix 2000 or sol. any help would be much appreciated.

I went the ultra short handle on this rod and am very happy with it. In saying that I use a twinpower 1000 on mine. I'm not to sure about the reels you mentioned weights etc (never used either) and how they will match up with the ultra short handle. Maybe a 2000 would be too big with a grip this short so the 4" maybe better suited if you plan to match it with the 2000.

Ive owned both the clear cuts with different grips i prefered the shorter grip but thats probably because of the type of structure i usally fish i matched it up with a caldia kix 1500 it was balaneced excellent together and very light.
