Who's keen on fishing the Collie River?
Well where's everyone fishing over the the long weekend?
I really don't want to fish the local rivers and hoping to fish elsewhere say maybe Collie River. I'm not that keen on going on my own. Please PM me if you're interested. Cheers LR |

I've got 3 "maybe's" but no one wants to commit yet and I believe all would prefer a bigger crowd as I don't think anyone wants to be seen with a female on their own
Anyway, looking at a Saturday as one can't make it on a Friday as he has to work? Probably meet up at 9am and fish to 3pm and then head back to Perth, unless a few are keen then we could look at camping overnight? Those who expressed interest, please PM again. Those who are kinda deciding, we would love you to PM your interest (please provide mobile no). ... a definite decision has to be made by Thursday guys so please PM. Hi Carol
The Collie has been fishing reasonably well the last few weekends. ATM the bream are more willing to hit lures on the low tide which is against the norm. Would be recommending using hard bodies due to the amount of snags sitting on the river floor (unless you own shares in a jighead company). Use any hard body you have confidence in and a spare or two, there a a few bream lately that seem to be collecting hard bodies as jewellery especially the SX48's. Good Luck might see the tub out there. |

Thanks for the tip, sounds like another Murray River to me
Can't wait, hope to beat those boys, I hear they can't fish very well! And I've upgraded to a bigger boat with a console, wave when you see me driving it!
