Harvey dam

Just wondering what the levels are like guy's and if it's stilll possible to launch from the ramp even though no doubt it is high and dry...Thinking of bashing a few reddie's on the head Sunday for a feed...

Cheer's Steve.

Thumbs up

Had a look Steve, the water levels are still pretty good and you should have no probs getting in at the ramp. Good luck mate hope you get a feed.

Unhappy Slow fish.

Fished Harvey for a very poor result on the reddies...3 in total after 5 hrs of fishing and no trout to be seen bar the one that rose next to my brother(big brown RD 48cm) as he was retrieving a lure off a snag.We fished lazy trolling lure's and it was so,so relaxing
Nice day on the water but not the result l was looking for.
Have to take the old man down when he gets over from Vico at Xmas time though.

Cheers Steve.

Hi Steve,

Was searching around the other day for some info and found this! Not sure if it will serve any use to you or not!

Hey Steve was that you amongst the sticks on sunday morning, I was further down the back of the dam, I also found trolling produced very little results but jigging plastics on the bottom seem to be working on the redfin, also caught three undersize trout and lost somthing very big.
