Flat Out Boats

Have any of you guys out west used the Flat Out folding boat made over there. I have looked at it on the Internet but haven't seen one yet. It is going to feature on the New Inventors show on the ABC on Wednesday night.

Has anyone used one?

My Grandpar and Uncle own and make Flat Out Boats through only bought the company and its designs several months back.

they will be making them using state of the art light composite materials with QuickStep technology.

if interested in the components that will be used in future Flat Out Boats visit: www.quickstep.com.au.

AH James
I heard that your uncle had something to do with it, that why i bought so much stock. I will have to meet the guy one day, made me heaps on australis and heaps more on quickstep.
SOunds good changing the construction process to include their carbon fibre gear. Was quoted as being 30% stronger and 50% lighter or something like that. Sounds good anyway and they do up to a 3.3 metre boat.
PS. DOnt forget to mention what company he shall buy next.

I saw the Falt Out Boat on the New Inventors program on Wednesday night on the ABC. It won!

Has any one fished from one. The look great under power, but I'm wondering about what sort of fishing platform they'd be?
