Good onya TerryF, A good deed to be carried out with help from freinds.
I can't be there for that one myself but it would be no skin off for such a good cause.
As I've been a Perth resident for only 7 months now I have noticed the rubbish factor pretty good.
I do my bit every weekend whilst walking my dogs at Leighton beach picking up plastic litter, packing tape, rope off-cuts, ciggy butts, cans & bottles. And HEAPS of fishing lines and tackle that has been busted off with weedy snags I suspect. But it's a lot better than the other stuff my hounds leave for me to collect...

Anyway I'm sure you will get a good following for such a good cause.

Remember guys, it doesn't hurt to pick up somebody elses litter.
Get in the habit...
I'll try to make it for the BBQ ...

A big thank you.....

From RFAC, Recfishwest and the VFLO's a big thank you to all that help out with the clean up day at the North Mole. It was great to see so many responsible anglers give up their Sunday to clean up the mess others have left behind. I personally had a top day and felt a great sense of pride being able to do my little bit to help keep our environment clean.

"Fishing has taught my lessons in life.
Letting go, when I let them go.
Humility, when I catch not one.
Learning to swim, as my boat sunk.
There will come a time when all is finished,
Except the fishing." Barry Clopton Lanier

Thanks again to all involved and I look forward to catching up with you at our next clean up day.
