Yep, love the pearl watermelon. It's the colour that I use the most, especially during the times when the water is fairly clear or has that green colour to it. During winter when the water is dirtier I tend to use the pumpkinseed more. They are a great plastic.
Oh and the bloodworm colour can be a killer at times as well.

Cheers, Dror

Gotta love the way a snapbak stands up in the water Deacon....They are a great plastic , kind of a cross between a minnow and an eyeball tail...lm with Dror love the pumpkinseed in the dirty stuff.
Texas Red is also worth a shot too mate as lve given it a bash round this time last year and was pleasantly suprised.
Myself and Andrea are heading down your way on the 15th of September for a weeks holiday so intend to give lots of thing's a try...We could hook up for a fish or two if you like...lve onlly fished your system once as a non-boater and would appreciate some local knowlege if your up for it that is...

i love the sinker hook prawn set up hahahahahaha jks
i say kill all blowies so we dont have to buy snap backs in heavily populated blowie areas............i say make sum more lures lyk snapbaks that are resistant to blowies

I love snap backs but i reckon it takes too long to rig them and after a while they start to slide down too easily so generally i dont use them but deffenetly a go to grub.

Have you guys ever cut down the jerkbaits and used them on a resin head? They look simply insaine, get a good rythemic twitch going and they look like they are real sandworms swimming and they sink soooooooooooooo slow! Love em!

Its not just blowies that rip up plastics pretty much anything with a decent set of teeth can tear them up. you usually need to replace a plastic after a few bream have chewed them up anyway but with snapbacks its alot less.
