freams kix

Just wondering if anybody has had any experience with the freams kix models. My sister just bought me 1500 model and i could not find anywhere in australia to get some info on them, not too sure if they even sell them here. Any experience with them would be appreciated, as im trying to get a couple more outfits together for the next qld bream round.
Also if anyone knew the difference between the caldia kix and this reel that would be a help, google translators arent to good at the best of times. So far all i could find was the caldia had one extra bearing and was 20 grams lighter. Im just tossing up whether to get another freams kix or to get a caldia kix, theres only $40 between them but i dont want to just be paying for mainly cosmetic differences. Thanks for your help.

if you are looking a the caldia kix, you might also want to have a look at the daiwa SOL

The Freams is the Japan market version of the Capricorn, and the Kix version is the same reel (slightly different frame) given the Real 4 treatment. So it's basically a step down from the Caldia.
