Talking Royal Perth YC Bream trip

Havent been chasing bream fro a while due to oher commitments (trout, salmon, bonito...) but i think its about time i get back into it.

And its been even longer since i've chucked a baby vibes around...

By the sounds of things, i think i'll steer clear of Maylands...
Just wondering if the fish are active around royal perth yacht club yet? Thinking of heading over tuesday morning...

-Sergio

I've been fishing around the yacht clubs past few months "landbased" was getting a few bream and flathead, went down Saturday morning no fish in sight, ended up going to JoJos plenty there but they weren't interested "never have any luck there anyway"

I ended up going to royal perth EARLY morning (as to not get kicked off the jetty) and hooked up to a couple of huge bream! At least in the high 30's, but lost them trying to pull them up onto the jetty... bugger.

Anyway, managed to land this strange looking silver bream on the good ol purple vibe.

The fish species Tarwhine (Rhabdosargus sarba) is a member of the Sparidae fish family. Other species in this family include the Yellowfin Bream (Acanthopagrus australis), Snapper (Chrysophrys auratus) and Black Bream (Acanthopagrus butcheri).

Often called a silver bream even though strictly speaking is a "Tawhine".

Sergio did you fish from D jetty and did anyone tell you to move on?
Dont know how serious trouble you can get into fishing from RPYC jetties, anyone been dragged of and arrested yet?
