Here's a couple of pics from the Polycraft site Crow

And they are pretty stable as well

Good luck with whichever way you go

Hi,
I am new to the forum and was interested in this post. Does anyone else have any other thoughts about fitting out a tuff tender? I can understand the limitations imposed by size but other than that it looks like a nice option for fishing enclosed waters/estuaries.
Cheers,
Callum.

Give me a call anytime on 0412 111 573.

I think I have the worlds most over equipped Tuff Tender.

I got a plastic welder to add 3 rectangular sheets between the back seats. One on the floor and one front and back. With the sides of the existing seats this all formed a box for the livewell.

The whole back area is covered with ply and carpet Then 3 lids cut into the back – one central over the livewell, and one either side into the original seats. That gives you access to the inside hull for plumbing and storage.

A similar ply and carpet deck for the front. Under this front deck are two batteries, these sit on a tray formed by 2 strips of angle aluminium going from port to starboard.

The vertical panel that closed off under the deck doubles as the dashboard – with all the switches, live well timer etc.

With all the batteries decks and a 65lb minn Kota the 9.8 hp 4 stroke is not enough to get 2 passengers on the plane . a 15hp would have been better.

I found it very stable for its length.

Please call if I can clarify any of this !

Cheers

Gary
