Avatar question

Hi Guys,

I have been trying to update my avatar, as you can see, but I can't work out how to get the pic so you can actually see it. In order for it to be the right size ie 20000pixels it ends up really small. Any help would be great

Mim try downgrading the quility of the image then make the image 150x150 pixels.

Hiw do you downgrade it?
I have adobe photoshop 7, and when I save the pic I do it as Medium quality, but this still doesnt help
