Reel Bearings

For example
Im trying the compare the Daiwa Exist and the Megabass Luvito. The Exist would state that it has 11bbs and a roller where as the Luvito would have 9bbs and a roller.
Would the Bearings under the knobs consider as part of the total number of bearings stated?
Because Luvito is missing 2 bearings under the knobs and if i were to place 2 bearings the Exist would still feel alot smoother in the main frame/shaft than the Luvito.
Yet its still a nice reel, would like to pimp it out to its maximum potentional.

if a reel is advertised as 11 bb,it should include all the bb on the reel itself.

reel bearings

I'm pretty sure they count the bearings in the knobs
as the total bearings in a reel.
