If you have ever experienced the shame of failed crackling - the answer could have been hiding in the shed - I though it might have been a joke at first but its real - a few seconds of 600c hot air does wonders

Yeah our Australia Day Squid Haul wasnt quite so impressive - The 8 we got could have snuggled together up on the nose cone of that board

But one positive from the session was there was room for innovation out there - skipper was low on essential supplies - so other arrangements had to be made
