What's a good recommended battery for this model electric

That would be 24v i think? So will need 2 exactly the same wired in series.

You will probably get heaps of different opinions but I run AGM style batteries, they are sealed and stand up well to deep discharges.

There are heaps of good AGM batteries available these days, most are pretty good. Full river is probably the best, but you pay for it. If you can get 120ah AGM for $250 ish you are doing ok.

managed to pick up a couple of brand new trojan T1275 batteries for 350 each
has anyone used these and are they any good?
