Works well for trout. I like rainbow and cheese. Long 6lb mono trace, size 8 hook, pea sized running sinker rig.

Hi Mate

One of my favorite and simple recipes is following.

Ingredients

2 loafs of white slice bread
1 tin of spam
2 tins of corn cornells
2 or 3 eggs

Method

Mix it up in a bucket or tub
Roll up all the bait into few big balls and place in fridge on a plate or dish overnight

Fishing

Put it on the hook same way as any other type of dough bait and fish.

Cheers

Ray

Awesome thanks mate

Just for the record I have used to gulp trout bait twice now no luck yet will persevere comes in handy in the tackle bag for the kids to use while I chuck lures any ways
Also picked up some of the trout spawn or egg ones or whatever there called they were on clearance at Kmart for $5 a pop got one of each colour Fluor yellow and orange or pink (can't remember)
