4-6 depending on the fluoro size.

I'd do 4 wraps for 8lbs and 6 wraps for 4-6 lbs

You're the man Alex cheers for the help. Been mucking round with it and the Fish N Fool is even easier to tie cause the second loop kinda halts the tag end in place stopping it from slipping while you loop it.

Plus this second loop adds extra strength to the knot providing more bite and friction preventing a uni from slipping.
It never failed me since i started using it a few years ago.
The key is to lubricate it really well and partially close it before bringing the knot close to a clip or an eye of a jighead and then cinch it completely.
This way the fluoro does not experience any heat and friction when it is fully cinched away from the eyelet and then slid back (not sure if I explained it well enough)
