Xi5 nmea 2000 network

Has anyone worked out how to connect the xi5 to the nmea2000 network . I have all the cable run and the network setup so It can intergrate with my lowrance hds12 but the pin plug for nmea2000 is 5 holels and there male is 6 pin seems a bit funny when they advertise it to fully intergrate into the nmea2000 network shouldnt need an adapter as nmea2000 is a stadard fitting

You will need a gateway cord to connect to the lowrance, these haven't been released yet. They say they should be available the end of this month. You will also need the latest lowrance software update.
