I have been using the 6lb x4 on one of my reels for over 6mth and have had no problems with it. It isn't a spectacular braid compared to others but OK as a budget braid if that is what you are looking for.

I am finding the VARIVAS High Grade PE X4 to be a nice braid.

For a premium braid I'd say go with a Sunline Castaway.

Is everyone's reply in regards to using J for bream only or overall fishing experiences different lb's for different fish ?

I've spooled a couple of reels up with the Siglon and it seems pretty good. I've also got Sunline, Varivas etc but, to be honest, I can't go past Tasline. Eveything from 8lb to 50lb is the duck's guts in my view, and absolutely no issue with it being pure white either.
