The tail wrist looks to be far to thick for anything except a very fast retrieve .......might be ok for salmon and small tuna.

Jase or Stu or any HoP users..... what's the lightest jighead you can use with the grubs and still get action on the drop (in little to no current)?

I could test it myself but I'm very lazy so just throwing it out there to see how light people have gone with them so far.

Cheers.

1/20th hmmm....

I generally only carry 1/8, 16th or 32nd for breaming .... Though ... Aha... have some 1.5g ball heads here .... sounds like 16th or the 1.5g will be the go then.

NB:
When I'm president of Australia my first act will be to unify jighead weights and standards. A man can only take so much.

I reckon I might have to give some bloodworm paddle tails a go. What's the recommended size for bream - 2.5?

Cheers
Dave

Hi Dave,
Both sizes have been catching some nice Bream, the 3.5" seems to catch less in quantity but defiantly seem to attract the BIGGER bream. The 2.5 seems to catch the smaller bream , but the quantity is greater.....makes sense I suppose.

Hey Pup,
I wouldn't buy the cheapest you can find. Buy quality, as this will then reflect in the end product.
