Finally found a school of worthy opponents for the pull over method - no glue - on an old school style single lead prong jighead.
"Micro pinks" were the main reason I splurged out on ZMANS and I found a good school of them the other night. After they had shredded my normal plastics the night before, I went down tonight with the ZMANS - didnt get pantsed once - the pull over method is legit |

No plastic known to man, cant withstand a full onslaught from a hoard of "Micro pinkies" but it was still catching after a couple of hours. And thats all I can ask for.
Here it is next to a fresh one and the jighead used Last edited by yellow door 1; 08-03-2019 at 06:04 AM. |

Good to see that the glueless method works and if they're anything like the pinkies we get up here they're as good a test as any. Seems like those little buggers hit a lure at full speed.

Yeah multiple aggressive hits per retrieve that dont hook up when striking
And when you find the center of the school, that can happen retrieve after retrieve. Its a very good test of an "anti pantsed" technique I also ran them through a school of toadies - only took 2 mauled zmans, in 2 retrieves, to work out that no plastic can survive them |

I figured I should go to the source to see how to avoid the lid sticking on super glue - HERES WHAT LOCTITE SAYS
What is the best way to store glue so it is fresh and ready for use? 1.After use, immediately wipe the tip with a damp cloth or Loctite's Glue Remover and replace the lid tightly. 2.Store upright in a cool, dry place |
