Coffee, tea or other

So you're up early for a fish.

The cars packed and ready to go. All your rods are set, leaders are done and lures are ready to be endowed on the gob of some unsuspecting Bream.

It's also a cold morning if you could call it that. It's still dark and the roads are quiet and empty. Your breath is fogging in front of you.

What's your get up and go drink?

Coffee... the end. I used to drink french pressed but after reading about coffe based cholesterol i stopped due to the amount i drank a day.

Every morning regardless its a coffee 1&1/2 spoons of coffee powder, 1/3 spoon of low gi brown sugar and 1/2 cup hot water mix and the rest full cream milk...

Bulls testicles essence 😂😂😂 synthetic brewed is what you get these days in your hypo adrenal gland squeezing go go juice... you'd never see me drink that garbage ever!

Water is the best for you however in the morning - good liter of it and it flushes the system and rehydrates the body.

Through the cooler months I usually have around 8-10 cups of coffee a day, down to 4 when it warms up. I've tried quitting before but I get jittery and develop severe headaches. I've never heard of coffee based cholesterol before and I don't want to.

A hot coffee with a glass of pineapple juice alongside ... but both do their best work when accompanied with vegemite on toast Regards HBt.

A cup of Axil coffee brewed in Aeropress on weekends and in french press at work. A first drink of the day.

When on hunting trips out at the farm the day usually begins with an imperial stout, AKA "breakfast stout" followed by coffee.
