Question Bass?

Hey guys!
After some help targetting bass in the rivers. Heading to the Avon River near Stratford and would love to target some bass as I read there should be some around? Also what other species should be in there?
Also what lures would you reccomend, I have some Chubby deeps and shallows, Ecogear MX, SX, CX's, a few spinner baits, some shinkus and other vibes and some rapalas. Which of these are good and what are some others that you would reccomend?
Sorry about all the questions, first time I am ever fishing freshwater with lures
Thanks in advance
Cam

Not quite on topic, but please have a look at my post about the proposed changes to boating regulations on Blue Rock Lake in Willow Grove.

Might struggle to get too much info from anyone that knows the Avon . it has been fishing well , you will just have to try a few locations to see where they are at ... But all the usual bass lures work well and if fishing early or late make sure you have a few surface lures, like bent minnows, jitterbugs etc.
Get a lot of Reddies as by catch..
Good luck

Give oargee wee pees a crack if you can get your hands on em. But definitely bring a few spinners 1/2 oz and less. Imo they are they most versatile lures you can pack. Purple n white are my two favorite colours
