Yeah those things are all over the place in our rivers - out deep - in close and spread like a carpet everywhere in between.

When the cormorants cant find a school of bait, they just chug along and pick the gobies off at will

Getting snagged out there is very rare so I wouldnt mind using some more expensive tails for the benefits they provide.
Snapper love gulp ... Don't be a tight arse

Yeah thats all we used to use - we favoured the 3 and 4 inch variety to target the little pinks we seemed to catch - and if a school of micro pinkies moves in - they can tear a pack of gulp minnows to shreds in no time.

If I was fishing by myself it wouldnt be such a problem - but when I'm out my mates boat - him and his mates are normally baitos - so I have to bring 4 fully rigged softplastic outfits - tie all their knots - and re-rig every snag or bitten off tail.

The other night it was getting ridiculous - it was like spinning plates and not getting many casts in myself

So I'm hoping Zmans superglued in place may slow down my work load

7 inch gulps would weed out most of the sub 40cm fish out too
