Cheap MB racing condition OZ

https://www.anglerswarehouse.com.au/...ition_rods_896

Hope I'm allowed to post that. Delete if not. I just wanted to know a bit about these, and there's not much on the net! Micro guides? Butt length?

I've got my eyes on the 5-16 for inshore snapper. Sure do miss my old mb 😎 Would look to pair with 2500 size daiwa

I know what you mean about no info. Saw these a while ago and thought about grabbing one. Couldn't find anything about them at all. I subbed this guys channel. He uses them, (go to 11:51) not a lot of info but at least you get to see what it looks like.https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=eiB2hLOYHc8

Thanks mate. I didn't end up buying.

Always sceptical about an Oz version. We always get the dregs.

I just ordered one from that link and should have it this week. I'll let you know more on components when it arrives. I got the heaviest one to use off the yak for kings.

I was going to get a similar spec'd MajorCraft Skyroad but they were discontinued.

From what I've read, they run KR Concept SiC guides, which I'm pretty sure is a micro setup

I've bought lures from these guys and they were fine👍
This RC range followed up on the classic (now almost impossible to get) 'Full House'). Pretty sure the MB website has got specs on these.

the full house is still my favourite rod of all time. Followed by the sight fisher which is a 4-16lb rod. I've owned/used the subsequent RC rods, and theyre nice but just arn't the same as the original series.

Got my RC OZ today (heaviest model).

Not sure on the exact type of reel seat but it is Fuji, and it is running SiC KR guides (non micro).

Feels pretty good. Needed something a bit heavier to use off the yak so the kings stop stealing my lures

I'm not good at taking pics but here you go

Locking nut is on the rear for the heavier models

Top rod is a MajorCraft Skyroad 8-16lb running KR guides too but a micro setup. Stripper guides are the same

Guides towards the tip are noticeably different in size but the pic doesn't show this well. The Megabass should work with heavier leader better. Will be using 30lb Rock FC since a lot of the kings end up running down to structure. The MajorCraft still runs 20lb Rock FC easily with a FG
