Insight Genesis Club Challenge Who wants to WIN a HDS7

Who wants to win a new Lowrance HDS 7 Touch?

Lowrance have started up a competition this year called the Insight Genesis Fishing Club Challenge. For those who aren't familiar with Insight Genesis, its a relatively new tool from Lowrance that allows people to create their own Maps from their own sounders. How it works is as you fish, you can set your sounder to "log sonar" which basically records what your sounder is reading. This data can then be uploaded to the Insight Genesis page and is then converted into maps.

The competition is based on this and the person who can map the most area wins. The total area of your "logging" is tallied up as acres and each month the angler and the club with the leading acres will win a HDS 7 Touch each. There is also an overall prize for both the club and angler that will be decided in December.

Breammaster is now registered as a Club, so we are hoping that members of the site with compatible units will get involved in this competition.

For more information about the Competition - https://fishingclubchallenge.lowrance.com/

For a list of compatible units see this link - https://insightstore.navico.com/supported-products

There are heaps of members on here with compatible units so surely we can make some noise in this competition!

There are also prizes for the winning club. Not sure what we will do with them if we do manage to somehow win... I would imagine that the people involved could go into competitions to win the products.

Thanks also to Nabs for getting me off my but to get all of this sorted.

Ian Sewell.
