Blood Knot cannot be beaten for simplicity and strength imo

unless its the locked blood knot but I agree, I tie these for just about everything.

I tie a 5 wrap bloodknot because it breaks before my leader knot when snagged - very handy. But if you want it stronger, go to an 8 wrap blood knot, lube it well and you're all set imo.

I find the loop knot best,usually breaks before the FG but still pretty good.
