My only fear is my wife selling my fishing gear for what I said I paid for it.

Cheers

Picked up a Shimano Core casting rod today, 3-5kg & 6'3" in a 1 piece guise with its custom rod tube etc - cant find any info on it at all...

Accompanies the Core 100Mg like none other.

Anyone know anything about it or what they were worth when new?

Hmm was hoping that some more info and price would be on the swing tag that was stashed 3/4 down the rod tube...

Being Dunphy Sports at least it gives me a era.

Hi mate
I was just given a rod and also wanted info on it. I contacted the manufacturer via email and they were extremely helpful, they returned my email the next day and provided all the info available even though the rod had been out of production for 10 years. I reckon give that a shot.

You saw who the manufacturer was didnt you - i cant get a decent reply on handle shaft lengths or availability of parts most days.

But your reasoning is on point however 👌
