I fish usually 5-7 days a week, sometimes twice on an RDO or Sat/Sun. My Mrs is part owner of a restaruant so I'm pretty lucky in a way that I don't have anyone to answer to 5 out of 7 nights a week.

I live 5 minutes from a man made canal (West Lakes), 10 minutes from the Port River and about 15 minutes from the Patawolunga. Very easy for me to go whenever I please.

I think its safe to say that we all go a little crazy when we can't go out on the water for a fish. I say I need my therapy, which means fishing. I guess fishing is just a way to get away from everything and just concentrate on something else besides the troubles and worry's we have back at home or work. Fishing to me is an escape where I can look out over the water and catch some fish...hopefully

I've really got back into fishing a lot over the past few years. Surfing has always been my thing for a long time but an injury a few years back has put a dampener on that. Unfortunately I've gotten into buying tackle and there is always something new I want to get and its not cheap. The gear these days is unbelievable. I've been lucky though that I can get a fish at work from time to time which is good and live minutes away from the coast and some good rivers and lakes.
