What the shortest Rod you've used

Just saw this ideas man with a 3 footer for tight streams - I dont think I've gone below 6ft but there have been times where a shorter rod would have been handy

"........and a $40 squid rod I cut down to 3ft for tight streams, casts every bit as good as my daiwa"
