Question south east w.a ??

just wanting to know if any of you guys have fished lake dumbleyoung that flows into the bremer river and the river itself.also lake gore and the dalyup river.got a bit of info from a couple of farmers that these areas may hold bream.i travel a bit to the southern part of the state and so may be able to give these areas a go.also is lake clifton still a closed fishery, cant seem to get any info on this area either.not wanting specific locations just if its worth a flick.

Hiya Matty
Dunno about the lake but Bremer River has some bream in it - the size isn't all that big as the locals net it. Palinup R has some good ones and West R and the estury out of Ravy (this gets netted too).

mark-thanks for the reply.i suppose small fish is better than none at.i cant believe they still net the area.i suppose any decent river down that way would hold fish.just a matter of coming to a bridge, grab the gear and get into it i suppose.

durko - the bremer runs into the wellstead.have attached a little pic of the river.looks very snaggy & should hold bream

Matty ,
If you can find a river that is not neted it will be full of lots 500gm bream. They are all definatly worth a go but.If you get the right one they will never have seen a lure before. Good luck.

Happy fishing ,
Ben
