EVA Deck Material anyone used it? Comments?

Just in the process of a bit of a refit on the Stratos and was going to go with the same carpet it had as it seemed to last well however have had a look at a few of the EVA products available including Seadek and am pretty keen on the Traction product by Nolan.

They have plenty of claims but would be keen to hear from anyone who has had it or seen it in action and am after any comments or thoughts.

The Traction product has a 3M self adhesive backing so prep is going to have to be greater than if I used carpet and I presume the sticky backing will not remain stuck to curved surfaces like the edges of hatches so will have to be laid only to the flat surfaces which will mean the hatch edges may need painting for a neater look.

Carpet will give a cleaner more uniform appearance.
