Bream Biology

Does anyone know of any good texts or web sites on Bream Biology.

Amongst other items I am looking a chart that tells size and approx weight for Bream species.

I need to study these critters!

thanks

Gary

Looking for the best

Thanks!

I suppose I was asking for the difinitive text and very best web site if anyone knew.

In my job I do a lot of research (in a diffeent field, as a Uni Lecturer) and the web has plenty of shallow information, but rarely the depth I seek.

If I find it I will post it here.

Do you mind me asking what you teach at Uni and at which Uni you teach?
I only ask because i am Studying Law at Murdoch and I know they study a lot of Marine Bilogy and have a bit to do with Bream stuff aswell!

Maybe this will help?

My first post, hello everyone. I've lurked for a while, thought I might be able to help out maybe with this above request.

Gary maybe you'll find some more interesting information at this link.

Bream Biology etc HERE

At the bottom of that page are some links to "More Information".

You'll find stuff like biology, environement etc for black bream i.e. some more research paper oriented type info. It can be heavy going to read it all but you might be surprised the wealth of info that is known about bream and whats available online if you dig thru it all.

If someones posted this before and I'm going over old ground I apologise in advance.

Cheers & good luck.
